   By joining Ulternix Records Special Promotion Program, you agree to the following conditions and your agreement is signified by checking the box on the signup form of the Special Promotion Program
   1. You warrant that you use the Special Promotion Program legally, morally, truthfully, honestly, and only for the purpose of helping us promote Ulternix artists. You warrant and guarantee that you will not "share" your account, download ticket URLs or the downloaded music files with others, while you have the chance to invite your friends to the Promotion Program to get legal You warrant that you use the Special Promotion Program legally, morally, truthfully, honestly, and only for the purpose of helping us promote Ulternix artists.    2. Ulternix may at its absolute discretion and at any time stop the Special Promotion Program or disable member accounts or modify their gathered or spent special promotion program points without giving any reason. In this case, Ulternix shall be under no liability whatsoever, including consequential loss to you howsoever arising, of the Special Promotion Program Points that you have gathered or the download tickets you have created or the CDs that you have bought and carry the promotion IDs. However, Ulternix endeavours to ensure that you receive the free goodies that you deserve because of helping us promote our artists.
   3. Ulternix reserves the right to reduce the special promotion points or even disable the account of the members who are sending invitation emails to non-existing email addresses. Ulternix may record the number of non-existing email addresses that members use to send invitation emails to and may use the collected data as a criterion to differentiate such members. Clearly, we have developed this program for promotion purposes not sending junk emails!
   4. You accept that if at any time, the invitation emails that you have sent are rejected or returned to sender with an error, you will lose the Special Promotion Program points that you have earned by that invitation, even though, you earn the points after the correct delivery of the emails.
   5. Each email address can only be used once so if somebody sends an invitation to an email address, no other user will be able to use the same email address for invitation. The email addresses by which users have already signed up with the Special Promotion Program can not be used either. In other words, we don't invite our own members to the program again!
   6. You accept that your details, including but not limited to your full name and email address, are included in the body of headers of the invitation emails that are sent on your behalf to your invitees.
   7. You accept that if you want to use Referral URL instead of sending invitation emails via our system, you only gather Special Promotion Program points if your invitee joins the program and signs up with the program. Obviously, there's no other way to detect the effectiveness of your promotion, if you don't use our own system to invite others! Unlike using Referral URL, if you use our system to invite others to the program, you will earn your points no matter the invitee joins the program or not, after your invitation emails are processed and it is confirmed that they are being sent to "real" people.
   8. You accept that at any time, Ulternix may at its own discretion, change your gathers Special Promotion Program points without giving any reason. Ulternix shall be under no liability whatsoever, including consequential loss to you howsoever arising, relating to the special promotion points that you have gathered in the program thereby.
   9. Even though Ulternix endeavours to ensure that the web-based system of the Special Promotion Program is operating correctly, Ulternix does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations to you, regarding the use, or the results of the use of the software or any information in this Special Promotion Program, including, but not limited to its correctness, accuracy, reliability, performance, availability of files to be downloaded, processing the email queues and invitation points or otherwise.
   10. Ulternix may only use the Special Promotion Program for some of its releases not every of them and the decision of applying the Special Promotion Program for the releases is merely made by Ulternix. At any time, Ulternix may stop the program for its releases at its own discretion, even for the CDs that carry promotion IDs!
       Although Ulternix tries its best so that all the CDs of the chosen releases come with the promotion IDs but Ulternix does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations to you, regarding the Promotion IDs that such CDs should carry. If you happen to buy a CD that has been chosen to be promoted by the Special Promotion Program and does not come with the promotion ID, which is usually attached as a label on the back side of the front cover layout of the CD, send us a copy of your purchase receipt or invoice to and we'll send you back your unique promotion ID!    11. You agree that you and/or the people you invite to the Special Promotion Program may receive emails including promotional materials or newsletters, however, you have the option of opting out by clicking on the appropriate URL, provided at the end of such emails.
   12. Ulternix shall use the gathered information and details of its members only for the purpose of promoting its artists and/or productions and shall not "sell" the gathered information and details to 3rd parties.
   13. Ulternix may at its absolute discretion and at any time change some portions or all the terms and conditions of the Special Promotion Program without notice.
   14. Ulternix may at its absolute discretion and at any time without notice, either temporarily or permanently, change the status of its releases and/or their Special Promotion Program points, and/or may enter them into the Special Promotion Program or may stop them from being available for download for free and may start selling them instead of presenting them for free.
   15. Ulternix may at its absolute discretion and at any time without notice, either temporarily or permanently, change the conditions and amount of points gathered through invitations or singing up in the Special Promotion Program points.
   16. Ulternix may at its absolute discretion and at any time without notice, forbid or exclude some email service providers or domain names from the Special Promotion Program. You accept that processing the invitations email queue may take time and the way the queue and the Special Promotion Program points are processed, is merely decided and chosen by Ulternix at its discretion.
       

8. Newsletters and Other Communications from Us

   Our registered users and customers may receive newsletters, invitation emails, promotional emails, general email communications, or communications through other channels for, among other purposes, the promotion and marketing of a product or service from our family of sites and record labels, as well as other companies, and business partners, and we may also offer other visitors to our sites the opportunity to sign up to receive such information. We may ask for contact information such as name and email address, and, sometimes, demographic and profile information. By visiting our sites, you affirmatively consent to our collection and use of your data. We may offer our users the choice whether to receive mailings from others that we think will be of interest. Recipients of our mailings can unsubscribe by the instructions that may appear at the end of email communications. Note that in order to keep our registered users informed about the operation of our services, we may send emails and announcements that are needed for the proper functioning and administration of our sites and service.
